Dates: January 27th(fri) to 30th(mon)

Place: Sunset Motor Inn, Morrisville, Vt

Cost: 55$ per person per night for 2 to a room; 40$ per person per room per night for 3 to a room when available

Details: If you haven’t been there (to Smug’s), ice climbing, snowshoeing, skiing (downhill, back country, and cross country) all available relatively close by. Folks generally come up Friday night and stay until Sunday or Monday (or just a single night); everybody does their own thing during the day. We’ll meet at a room at Sunset TBD Saturday evening for cocktail hour and then all those who are interested can come to dinner at the adjoining restaurant afterwards. (It’s also a great place for breakfast.)

PLEASE NOTE; We are a bit late in getting the notice out, however, we are bound by some financial concerns. Therefore, we would like to hear from all those wishing to go on this trip within the next couple of weeks so that we can be sure to have the correct number of rooms and a workable ‘roommate’ situation for everyone. We would really appreciate having payment for the rooms to us by the 14th of January; we all know the problematic situation of people unintentionally dropping out at the last minute and the organizers getting caught with the cost of the additional cancellable rooms. As of the 14th of January, all rooms paid in full will be secured and we will cancel any additional rooms. After that time, we will provide folks interested in joining us up there with the address and phone number of the Sunset Inn so that they can make their own arrangements.
